The broader Unlock MLS region saw a median price of $409,450 with 2,284 closed sales in the same period. Williamson County sales volume fell 15.3% from the same month last year, while the regional total was 2,284 transactions. Homes sold slightly faster than a year ago in Williamson County, with median days on market dropping 1.8% to 54 days. In contrast, the broader region saw median days on market rise to 57 days. The gap between list and sale prices narrowed slightly compared to last year, with homes selling at 93.8% of original list price versus 93.2% previously. The regional average was 93.9%.
