Market figures by town

In Kissing Tree, a distinct supply gap has emerged over the last six months as new inventory outpaces sales activity. ALEX Intelligence analyzed the flow of homes into and out of the market to quantify this imbalance. During the rolling six-month period ending September 30, 2026, 53 new listings entered the market while 54 homes closed. This compares to the prior six-month window where only 35 new listings were recorded against 61 closings. The shift represents a 51% increase in new supply relative to the previous period, while sales volume dropped by 12%. This dynamic marks a significant departure from the same timeframe a year ago, when 95 new listings appeared alongside just 47 closings. While the absolute number of new listings is lower than last year's surge, the current ratio suggests a market where fresh inventory is arriving faster than it is being absorbed by buyers. The median home size also contracted slightly, dropping to 1,774 square feet from 1,903 square feet in the prior period, a decrease of 6.8%. Meanwhile, the time homes spend on the market has shortened considerably compared to last year, with median days on market at 126 days versus 64 days previously, though this remains higher than the prior six-month average of 188 days. ALEX Intelligence fit a supply-demand model to these figures to highlight the current inventory balance. With new listings rising and closings falling relative to the immediate past, buyers now face a wider selection of available homes, while sellers may experience less urgency in closing deals compared to the tighter conditions seen earlier in the year.
