ALEX Intelligence ranked subdivisions by combining new listings, contracts written, and closed sales to identify the market's busiest areas. This metric reflects total market engagement rather than just completed events. The ranking covers the period from June 30 to October 28, 2026. Easton Park topped the list with 94 new listings, 91 contracts, and 84 closed sales. Steiner Ranch followed with 172 events, while Milwood recorded 143. The top five also included Cherry Creek with 114 events and Circle C Ranch with 109. Median close prices varied significantly across these active zones. Easton Park homes sold for a median of $554,000, whereas Steiner Ranch reached $892,000. Milwood saw a median of $468,000, Cherry Creek hit $505,000, and Circle C Ranch closed at $749,000. The data shows that high activity does not always correlate with the highest prices. Austins Colony, ranked tenth, had 64 events but a median price of just $259,000. Conversely, Great Hills, ranked twelfth, recorded 63 events with a median price of $994,000.
