Median price per square foot also rose to $143, up 5.1% from the prior month, indicating that larger homes are commanding higher total values without a proportional drop in price efficiency. This growth in home size contrasts with the broader regional trend where median living area stands at 2,026 square feet. Temple buyers continue to favor slightly smaller but increasingly spacious units compared to last year, as the market adjusts to current demand patterns.
