Alternatively, a 2-1 buydown would drop the first-year rate for a cost of $13,512. The market shows resilience with sales volume up 8.0% from July and homes selling slightly faster than last year. However, the median price per square foot remains high at $273, reflecting the premium nature of Lakeway properties even in the entry segment.
