ALEX Intelligence analyzed median days on market by subdivision to identify the top five fastest-selling communities based on at least five sales each.
The fastest pace was recorded in Persimmon, where homes sold in a median of just 2.5 days. This rapid turnover suggests strong demand relative to available inventory in that specific area. Following closely were River Bridge Ranch and Big Sky Ranch, with median sale times of 38 days and 40.5 days respectively. These figures are well below the county-wide average of 56 days.
MARIGOLD also appeared on the list with a median of 30 days, while Prairie Lakes rounded out the top five with a median of 23 days. It is important to note that these rankings reflect sales velocity only and do not indicate property quality or school performance. The data covers all closed sales in September 2026 where at least five transactions occurred within each subdivision.
While the county-wide median price rose 7.8% from August to $379,995, speed of sale varies sharply by location.
