New construction continued to drive activity with 31 new-construction closings out of the total 46 sales. The market currently holds 294 active listings, creating a 4.97-month supply of inventory based on the trailing monthly closing rate. While the region's median price sits at $410,000 and Bastrop County averages $354,990, Elgin remains an entry-level market with a median price significantly below these benchmarks.
