Does a longer photo gallery mean a faster sale? In Bell County, the data suggests yes. An analysis of 118 closed sales in September shows that listings with higher photo counts tend to spend fewer days on market.
ALEX Intelligence analyzed the relationship between photo count and median days on market across 118 transactions. The review found that properties with more visual documentation generally moved quicker than those with fewer images. This correlation held true even as the median price per square foot rose 7.1% compared to the prior month, reaching $165.
The pattern indicates that buyers respond to comprehensive visual data. While the median home sold for $279,000, taking an average of 39 days on market, homes with robust photo sets appeared to attract attention faster. This trend aligns with broader market behavior where transparency and detail drive engagement.
For sellers, the takeaway is clear: investing in a complete photo set can be a strategic move. The data supports the idea that visual richness correlates with reduced time on market, helping properties stand out in a competitive environment.
This analysis covers 118 closed sales from September 2026. All figures are derived from Unlock MLS data for ABOR-listed sales only.
