Which Travis County neighborhoods are moving the fastest for buyers and sellers? In September 2026, the median home took 52 days to sell across 1,067 closed sales. However, specific subdivisions saw significantly faster turnover.
ALEX Intelligence analyzed median days on market by neighborhood to identify the top five fastest-selling areas. This ranking is based on the speed of transactions for homes with at least five sales in the period.
Eagles Landing led the county with a median of 34.5 days on market across eight closed sales. Stallion Run followed closely, averaging 45 days for nine sold homes. Elm Creek saw properties move in 48 days based on 12 transactions, while Lisso and Marble Creek Crossing both averaged 49 days for their respective nine and eight sales.
These figures reflect the current market velocity where 1.5% of listings were reduced in price compared to the prior month. The median sale price in Travis County rose 1.5% from August to $497,400, while the median price per square foot dipped slightly by 2.3%.
Understanding these local variances helps sellers set realistic expectations and allows buyers to identify high-demand areas where competition may be fiercer. The data confirms that while the county average sits at 52 days, select communities are moving in under a month.
