Activity is defined as the sum of new listings, contracts written, and closed sales for each community. This metric captures the total volume of market engagement rather than just closed sales.

The Colony in Bastrop led with 74 new listings, 69 contracts, and 60 closed sales. Tahitian Village followed with 168 events, driven by 76 new listings and 50 closings. Trinity Ranch in Elgin ranked third with 115 total events, while Riverbend at Double Eagle in Cedar Creek recorded 105.

Harvest Ridge in Elgin rounded out the top five with 57 activity events. The remaining top ten included Valverde, Pecan Park, Lake Bastrop Acres, Hunters Crossing, and Burleson in Smithville. Each of these communities met the minimum threshold of five closed sales within the ranking window to qualify for inclusion.

This data reflects current market velocity rather than long-term price trends. Buyers and sellers can use this activity ranking to gauge where inventory is moving fastest and where competition for listings may be highest.
