Median days on market was down 17.9% from the same period last year and down 6.1% from the period before. The median sale closed at 95.7% of its original list price, and 85.3% of sales closed below their original list price. 133 new listings came on the market in the same window. Today 456 homes are listed for sale, 4.97 months of inventory at the pace of the last six months (550 closings).
