Homes that sold spent a median of 56 days on the market. Median days on market was down 3.4% from the same period last year and up 21.7% from the period before. The median sale closed at 94.1% of its original list price, and 83.3% of sales closed below their original list price. 4,015 new listings came on the market in the same window. Today 16,226 homes are listed for sale, 5.01 months of inventory at the pace of the last six months (19,416 closings).
