05 / ALEX Institute

Tell me when it opens

Real estate, philanthropy and quantum computing are not running yet. Leave your name and we will write to you once when they are.

This is not an application. None of these subjects is running yet, so there is nothing to apply to. Leave your name and we will write to you once when the subject you ticked opens — that is the whole commitment, on both sides. We do not ask for a phone number and there is nothing to decide.

Leave this empty

Who to tell Full name Required. What you like to be called Optional. Email Required. The one message we will send goes here. I am 18 or older. Required — the Institute is for adults, and we do not keep a mailing list that might include children. This box is the whole check; we do not ask for your date of birth.

What you want to hear about

Tick as many as apply. Nothing is ticked by default — an empty list would put you on a list for nothing.

Real estate — practice and investing. Agency, valuation, contracts and disclosure; underwriting, financing and holding. In development, no date yet. Philanthropy — giving from the asset side rather than the check book. In development, no date yet. Quantum computing — starting January 2027. Be aware before you tick it: the coursework assumes linear algebra and complex numbers, and the NVIDIA half also assumes Python. That is the providers’ requirement, not ours, and we would rather you knew now than met it in lesson one. Anything you want us to know Optional.

How we may contact you

One message, when the subject opens. We will not use this address for anything else, and you can withdraw it by replying to us.

Email me when a subject I ticked is ready. A short recorded video message instead of a wall of text, if that suits better.
