Every course in the program is free. Make your free accounts first, then open each course from the list below.

Before your first class

Four steps, about twenty minutes.

  1. Use one email address for everything: the one on your application. Your mentor and the Institute match your progress to it.
  2. Create a free account with each provider below. Each provider has its own sign-in.
  3. Open Class 1 first. Everyone takes it, and it takes about an hour.
  4. Stuck on a sign-in or a link? Reply to your course email. A person reads it.

    Free account. "Introduction to Responsible AI" is offered with "Enroll for free"; a paid Coursera Plus subscription may be needed for the certificate.

    Free. Sign in with a Google account. The course, its optional final assessment and the certificate of completion cost nothing.

  • Google Skills (formerly Google Cloud Skills Boost)
    Free account. The video courses and learning paths in this catalog are free; hands-on labs use credits (Google's GEAR program gives 35 free credits a month). The Generative AI Leader certification exam itself is a separate paid exam; the learning path is free.
